无铬鞣革及其赋性工艺技术再设计与实践

摘要:为加快皮革无铬鞣技术的开发与应用,对基于有机物鞣剂、醛类鞣剂、栲胶、多金属配合鞣剂等无铬鞣革工艺技术进行了系统的研究与再设计,并通过其配套的湿整理和涂饰工序进行赋性工艺设计。研究表明,基于有机物鞣剂、醛类鞣剂、栲胶、多金属配合鞣剂的多元协同无铬鞣制技术体系,可制备与铬鞣革相媲美的各种风格的无铬鞣皮革产品,通过防水、阻燃、抗菌等赋性工艺可制备相应的功能皮革,进一步地,可在引入相应化工材料的基础上,设计并制备具有无铬鞣特性的低密度、变色或裂纹等风格的皮革新产品。

Redesign and Application of Chrome-Free Tanning and Its Modification Technology
Abstract:In order to speed up the development and application of chrome free tanning technology, the chrome free tanning technology based on organic tanning agent, aldehyde tanning agent, tannin extract, multi metal compound tanning agent and other chrome free tanning technologies were systematically studied and redesigned, and performances endowed process technology were designed by its corresponding wet-finishing and finishing processes. The results show that the multi-component cooRedesign and Application of Chrome Free Tanning and Its Performance Endowed Process Technologyperative chromeRedesign and Application of Chrome Free Tanning and Its Performance Endowed Process Technology free tanning technology system based on organic tanning agent, aldehyde tanning agent, tannin extract and multi metal compound tanning agent can be used to prepare all kinds of chrome free tanned leather products comparable to chrome tanned leather. And the Waterproof leather,Flame retardant leather,Antibacterial leather and so on can be prepared by water-proof, fire-retardant, antibacterial and other performance endowed process technology. Furthermore, on the basis of introducing corresponding chemical materials, the corresponding functional leather can be designed and manufactured,such as low density, discoloration or crack style.
