多孔介质蒸发器对气隙扩散式蒸馏装置性能的影响

摘要:提出了一种新型的气隙扩散式蒸馏装置用于海水淡化,用亲水性良好的多孔介质做为蒸发器,取消了气隙膜蒸馏的膜及膜组件。实验发现装置的产水量会受到多孔介质结构参数和运行参数的影响,如流量,厚度,饱和度等。主要研究了气隙扩散式蒸馏装置性能随多孔介质结构参数和厚度的变化关系。结果显示:相同工况下,多孔介质厚度增加,产水量减小,造水比降低。选用多孔介质在热流体入口温度与冷流体入口温度之差较大的工况下运行,气隙扩散式蒸馏装置性能最优。

The influence of porous medium evaporator on the performance of Air Gap Diffusion Distillation device
Abstract:A new type of Air Gap Diffusion Distillation device was proposed for seawater desalination, using a porous medium with good hydrophilicity as the evaporator, eliminating the membrane and membrane components of the air gap membrane distillation. Experiments have found that the performance of the device is affected by structural parameters and operating parameters of the porous medium, such as flow rate, thickness, saturation, etc. Therefore, this article mainly explored the relationship between the performance of the air gap diffusion device and the changes of various structural parameters and thickness. The results showed that under the same working conditions, the thickness of the porous media increases, the water production decreases, and the gained output ratio decreases. Besides, the devices select the porous medium under the working conditions with a large difference between the inlet temperature of the hot fluid and the inlet temperature of the cold fluid to operate are excellent.
