摘要:本文考虑电子产品的回收再制造及消费者类型信息不对称的背景,探究了一个由回收平台和再制造商构成的二级供应链中的翻新产品质量决策问题,并探索信息结构对于供应链各方利润的影响。通过求解信号博弈,发现在消费者类型信息异质性较大时,出现自然分离均衡,并且当且仅当低质量产品翻新成本较低且高质量翻新产品适中时,再制造商才会选择生产高质量产品;在消费者类型信息异质性较小时出现扭曲的分离均衡,当且仅当高类型消费者概率较大时,再制造商才会选择生产高质量产品。此外,信息结构对平台和再制造商的利润影响有所不同。由于均衡策略扭曲的缘故,不对称信息可能会使得平台(信息优势方)受损,而使得再制造商收益。

Quality Decision of Remanufactured Products Based on Information Asymmetry
Abstract:Considering the recycling and remanufacturing background of electronic products and consumer type information asymmetry, we explores the quality decision in a supply chain that consists of a recycling platform and a remanufacturer. And then we explores the impact of information structure on the profits of supply chain members. By solving signaling game, we find that when consumer types are high heterogeneous, natural separation equilibrium happens, and the remanufacturer will choose high-quality products if and only if the refurbishment cost of low-quality products is low and that of high-quality products is moderate. When consumer types are less heterogeneous, there will always be a distorted separation equilibrium, and only if the probability of high-type consumers is large, remanufacturers will choose high-quality products. In addition, the impact of information structure on platform and remanufacturer is different. Due to the distortion of the equilibrium strategy, asymmetric information may damage the platform (information superiority party) and benefit the remanufacturer.
