方柱微结构表面熔渣接触角的二维数值模拟

摘要:本文使用VOF模型对在不同本征接触角及不同尺寸方柱结构表面上熔渣的接触角进行了二维数值模拟。对熔渣在方柱结构上的接触角进行测量,测量结果显示熔渣在不同的本征接触角及不同方柱结构尺寸的表面上均处于Cassie润湿状态,将模拟结果与含方柱结构尺寸的Cassie润湿状态的接触角方程计算结果进行比较,发现在本征接触角大于90 的涂层表面,方柱结构的存在增大了熔渣的表观接触角,且模拟结果的接触角值与接触角方程计算值较为吻合,误差在10%以下。

Two-dimensional Numerical Simulation of Contact Angle of Slag on the Surface of Square Pillar Microstructure
Abstract:This paper uses the VOF model to carry out a two-dimensional numerical simulation of the contact angle of the slag on the surface of the square column structure with different intrinsic contact angles and different sizes. The contact angle of the slag on the square column structure was measured. The measurement results show that the slag is in the Cassie wet state on the surface with different intrinsic contact angles and different square column structure sizes. The simulation results are compared with the square column structure. Comparing the simulation results with the calculated results of the contact angle equation of the Cassie wetting state with the square column structure size, it is found that on the coating surface with the intrinsic contact angle greater than 90 , the presence of the square column structure increases the appearance of the slag The contact angle, and the contact angle value of the simulation result is more consistent with the calculated value of the contact angle equation, and the error is less than 10%.
