基于FANP的装配式建筑项目BIM成熟度评价研究

摘要:面对装配式建筑目前的发展障碍,相关学者提出"BIM+装配式建筑"的概念以解决其现有问题。然而装配式建筑中的BIM应用与传统建筑存在不同的特性,针对目前各利益相关方缺乏针对装配式建筑项目的BIM成熟度的评估工具,以BIM应用能力和成熟度评价的相关理论为研究基础,从过程视角构建装配式建筑项目中BIM应用的关键要素,构建基于装配式建筑全生命周期的BIM成熟度评价指标体系。以BIM成熟度的相关特性为导向,采用模糊网络分析法,构建BIM成熟度网络结构模型,进而得出最终的BIM成熟度评价模型。分析梳理模型各指标权重结果,为识别装配式建筑的BIM实施提供决策支持。

BIM maturity Evaluation of prefabricated building project based on FANP
Abstract:Faced with the current development obstacles of prefabricated building, relevant scholars put forward the concept of "BIM+ prefabricated building" to solve its existing problems.However there are different characteristics betweenthe BIM application of prefabricated buildings and traditional, in view of the present various stakeholders lack BIM for prefabricated construction project maturity assessment tools, with BIM application ability and maturity evaluation related theory as the research foundation, from the perspective of prefabricated construction processes and key elements of BIM application in construction projects, establishment based on the lifecycle of the prefabricated construction BIM maturity evaluation index system.Guided by the relevant characteristics of BIM maturity, the fuzzy network analysis method is adopted to construct the BIM maturity network structure model, and then the final BIM maturity evaluation model is obtained.Analyze and sort out the weight results of each index of the model to provide decision support for the BIM implementation of prefabricated building identification.
