粉煤灰基气凝胶制备硅酸锂高温吸附CO2的研究

摘要:本文中利用粉煤灰为原料,将碱熔-酸浸法与溶胶凝胶法结合合成硅铝气凝胶,并以此为硅源与一水合氢氧化锂混合后在高温下进行煅烧后成功合成出硅酸锂。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X荧光光谱分析(XRF)探究了原料和合成相的成分和微观形貌,并且利用TG仪器测试了样品的变温吸附能力和定温吸附能力,最后探究了煅烧温度对吸附能力的影响。结果表明:当样品物料摩尔比为4.1,煅烧温度为600℃时样品为纯相硅酸锂,微观结构为针状簇型结构,有利于二氧化碳和吸附剂接触,减小了二氧化碳的扩散阻力。此时吸附效果最佳,在纯二氧化碳气氛下吸附120min后达到最大吸附量33.5%(理论吸附量的91.28%),平衡吸附时间为45min。

The study of lithium silicate preparaed by aerogel from ash
Abstract:In this paper, fly ash is used as raw material to synthesize silica-aluminum aerogel by combining alkali fusion and acid leaching with sol-gel method, and lithium silicate is successfully synthesized after calcination at high temperature after mixing with lithium hydroxide monohydrate as silicon source.X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (XRF) were used to explore the composition and microstructure of raw materials and synthetic phases, and TG instruments were used to test the adsorption capacity of samples at variable temperature and fixed temperature.The influence of calcining temperature on adsorption capacity was investigated.The results show that when the molar ratio of the sample material is 4.1 and the calcination temperature is 600℃, the sample is pure phase lithium silicate and its microstructure is a needle cluster structure, which is conducive to the contact between carbon dioxide and the adsorbent and reduces the diffusion resistance of carbon dioxide.At this point, the adsorption effect is the best. The maximum adsorption capacity reaches 33.5% (91.28% of the theoretical adsorption capacity) after 120min in a pure CARBON dioxide atmosphere, and the equilibrium adsorption time is 45min.
