PI3K/AKT通路在胰岛素抵抗中作用机制的研究进展

摘要:(1)II型糖尿病发病较重,并发症多,对人类健康有着严重影响,已成为我国第二大慢性病。目前对II型糖尿病的研究成果不断更新,现阶段研究表明,胰岛素抵抗(IR)是II型糖尿病的重要发病机制,而PI3K/AKT通路与胰岛素抵抗联系密切。本研究就PI3K/AKT通路在胰岛素抵抗中的作用进行综述,为胰岛素抵抗的防治提供理论依据。

Research progress on the mechanism of PI3K / Akt pathway in insulin resistance
Abstract:The incidence of type II diabetes is rather serious with various complications, which has a serious impact on human health, and has become the second largest chronic disease in China. At present, the research results on type II diabetes are constantly updated. At this stage, studies show that insulin resistance (IR) is an important pathogenesis of type II diabetes, and PI3K / Akt pathway is closely related to insulin resistance. In this study, we reviewed the role of PI3K / Akt pathway in insulin resistance, and provided theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of insulin resistance.
