福州内河水体可溶性氮含量变化及其硝酸盐氮氧同位素特征

摘要:福州作为中国东南沿海的重要城市,市区内河密度大,在全球氮排放与人类活动增强双重作用下,城市内河水环境恶化趋势显著。可溶性氮作为影响地表水体环境的重要因素,利用硝酸盐氮氧同位素技术分析内河水体中可溶性氮的来源对于内河水体环境的整治极为重要。本研究通过对福州内河水系中37个不同点位的水体样品的采集,分析了水体中可溶性氮的组成及其硝酸盐氮氧同位素特征。研究结果显示,福州市主城区内河水体中主要以NH4+-N和NO3﹣-N为主,且空间上差异较大。硝酸盐氮氧同位素分析显示,内河水体中的硝酸盐氮同位素相对偏重,与人类活动排放的氮想一致;而硝酸盐氧同位素相对偏负,揭示出大气沉降等贡献相对较弱。

The variation of Dissolved Inorganic Nitrogen and Dual Stable Isotope of Nitrate in Fuzhou Inland Rivers
Abstract:As an important city in the southeast coast of China, there are lots of inland rivers in the city. Under the effects of global nitrogen precipitation and enhanced human activities, the inland rivers water had been polluted strongly. As an important factor, it is very important to analyze the source of nitrogen in inland water with nitrogen and oxygen isotope in nitrate for the improvement of inland water quality. In this study, the composition of soluble nitrogen and the characteristics of nitrogen and oxygen isotopes in nitrate were analyzed, which were collected from 37 sites in Fuzhou inland river. The results show that the NH4+-N and NO3-- N are the main types in the inland water of Fuzhou city,, and there are great differences between sites. The analysis of nitrate nitrogen and oxygen isotopes shows that the nitrate nitrogen isotopes in inland waters are relatively heavy, which is consistent with the nitrogen input by human activities. However, nitrate and oxygen isotopes are relatively negative, which reveals that atmospheric deposition and other contributions are relatively weak.
