基于fluent的H型真空手套箱内流场单相流分析

摘要:为了解决企生产过程中遇到的问题,本文主要运用计算机流体力学对H型手套箱内流场进行流体力学数值模拟;拟定参数,明确数学控制条件并做出假设,对流场网格质量进行无关性验证,确保仿真结果的正确性;通过模拟现有工况条件,得到箱体内流场速度矢量图,逆流线图,可以看出箱体内部流场速度分布不均匀,局部产生涡流现象,所以在生产过程中不能较快的达到理想加工氛围。

Single phase flow analysis of H-type vacuum glove box based on fluent
Abstract:In order to solve the problems encountered in the production process, this paper mainly uses computer fluid dynamics to simulate the flow field in the H-type glove box, formulates the parameters, defines the mathematical control conditions and makes assumptions, verifies the quality of the flow field grid independently, and ensures the correctness of the simulation results. By simulating the existing working conditions, the velocity vector diagram of the flow field in the box is obtained It can be seen from the countercurrent line diagram that the velocity distribution of the flow field inside the box is not uniform, and the local eddy current phenomenon occurs, so the ideal processing atmosphere can not be achieved quickly in the production process.
