经络物质基础研究现状及水光谱对其研究的特殊作用

摘要:自上世纪60年代以来,我国一直开展对经络实质的研究并持续至今日,已从经络现象与走形、声光电热的传导等方面进行了循经性的研究,获得了经络客观存在的证据性资料,但缺少与化学物质基础关联的研究,致使经络的微观物质基础及运行规律的实质仍未得到科学阐明,严重影响到了针灸推拿学科的发展,已成为解决三个前沿科学问题的基础。水光谱组学是近年兴起的运用近红外光谱分析以水为分散介质构成的生物体组织中化学物质结构特征的非损害技术,是探究经络微观物质基础及运行规律成较宜的有效方法。本文先对经络微观物质基础及其运行规律进行总结,再阐明水光谱组学的研究现状及应用特点,结合前期课题组建立的中医药超分子"气析"理论,以经络超分子"印迹模板"属性为核心阐明水光谱组学对揭示经络微观物质基础及运行规律的特殊作用。?????

Research status of meridian material basis and special effect of water spectrum on it
Abstract:Since the 1960s, China has been carrying out the research on the essence of meridians. Up to now, we have carried out researches on meridians from the aspects of meridians phenomenon, shape shifting, sound, light and electric heat conduction, etc., and obtained the evidential data for the objective existence of meridians. However, there is a lack of research related to the chemical basis, resulting in the essence of micro material basis and operation law of meridians Scientific elucidation has seriously affected the development of acupuncture and massage, and has become the basis for solving three frontier scientific problems. Aquaphotomics is a non-destructive technique that uses near-infrared spectroscopy to analyze the structural characteristics of chemical substances in biological tissues composed of water as dispersion medium. In this paper, the micro material basis and operation law of meridians are summarized, and then the research status and application characteristics of water spectromics are clarified. Combined with the theory of TCM supramolecular " qi chromatography " established by the previous research group, the special role of Aquaphotomics in revealing the micro material basis and operation law of meridians is clarified with the core of the attribute of "imprinted template" of meridians.?????
