新冠肺炎疫情下核电厂主控室空调系统运行措施研究

摘要:由于新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)疫情爆发,疫情防控为2020年最重要的工作。在新冠肺炎疫情下,考虑到室内环境安全以及人身健康,从确保主控室新风安全性的角度入手,对核电厂主控室空调方案进行研究。研究结果为:疫情期间全空气空调系统原则上应采用系统可调的最大新风量运行;若必须采用空调回风时,按最大新风量运行,新回风比宜大于40%,且应加装净化消毒装置。解释了全新风工况下运行的可行性及需要注意的问题。给出增大新风,开窗通风,定时喷洒消毒剂等当下核电厂主控室空调系统运行的措施。

Research on Operational Measures of Air Conditioning System in Main Control Room of Nuclear Power Plant under Corona Virus Disease 2019,COVID-19
Abstract:SinceCorona Virus Disease 2019,COVID-19 outbreak, epidemic prevention and control is the most important work in 2020. Under novel coronavirus pneumonia, taking into account the indoor environmental safety and personal health, the air conditioning scheme of the main control room of nuclear power plant is studied from the perspective of ensuring the safety of fresh air in the main control room. The results are as follows: during the epidemic period, the air conditioning system should adopt the maximum fresh air volume which can be adjusted by the system in principle; if the air conditioning return air must be used, the maximum fresh air volume should be used, and the fresh air return ratio should be greater than 40%, and purification and disinfection devices should be installed. The feasibility of operation under fresh air condition and the problems needing attention are explained. The measures of increasing fresh air, opening windows for ventilation and spraying disinfectant regularly are given.
