摘要:无绷绳修井机具有减少井场作业面积,有效降低修井作业中工人的劳动强度,提高修井作业速度等优点。但因没有风载绷绳,增加了修井机作业车发生倾覆的可能性。因此,本文针对XJW40型无绷绳修井机作业时的倾覆工况,考虑在最大钩载下,基于理论力学和稳定性理论,对无绷绳修井机整机稳定性的计算方法进行研究。该方法快速、简单,所得结果对于无绷绳修井机的设计有着理论指导意义。

Stability Analysis of XJW40 Type Workover Rig without Guy Wire
Abstract:Workover rig without guy wire has the advantages of reducing the working area of the well site, effectively reducing the labor intensity of workers in the workover operation, and improving the speed of workover operations. However, due to the absence of wind-loaded guy wire, the possibility of overturning of the workover rig is increased. Therefore, this paper is aimed at the overturning conditions of the XJW40 type workover rig without guy wire and considering the maximum hook load, the calculation method of the stability of the whole machine of the workover rig without guy wire which based on theoretical mechanics and stability theory is studied. The method is fast and simple, and the obtained results have theoretical guiding significance for the design of the workover rig without guy wire.
