基于数字孪生的产品装配质量追溯研究

摘要:针对制造企业在产品装配过程中普遍存在的质量问题难以追踪与溯源等问题,提出了一种基于数字孪生的质量追溯模式,通过构建物理车间、虚拟车间和车间管理系统协作与融合的质量追溯数字孪生模型;在此基础上,建立数据采集模式,对产品装配质量数据进行了采集;然后将质量数据在虚拟车间中进行分析,实现了产品装配过程质量数据的监控与反馈;最后根据质量记录,实现了不合格产品的双向追踪与溯源。以某企业净水机产品为例,开发了数字孪生产品质量追溯平台,验证此方法的可行性。

Abstract:Aiming at the difficulty of tracing and tracing the quality problems that are common in the product assembly process of manufacturing enterprises, a quality trace model based on digital twins is proposed.
