更新换代时上一代产品最终订单决策及质保策略研究

摘要:随着技术的不断革新,产品尤其是高科技产品更新换代速度不断加快,消费者偏好变化频繁。为了吸引消费者购买最新一代产品以及减缓制造商对旧一代产品的质保压力,本文提出一种考虑以旧换新的新的质保策略。本研究从消费者效用出发,综合考虑旧一代产品的剩余价值以及消费者的以旧换新意愿,推导出有以旧换新和没有以旧换新两种情况下满足旧一代停产产品质保需求的LTB(Last time buy)期望数量以及期望总成本函数。在此基础上,采用仿真的方法得到最优的LTB数量以及对应的总成本。结果表明相较于传统质保策略,增加以旧换新策略时质保总成本更低。并进一步分析得到以旧换新策略的适用情况,消费者以旧换新的价格以及采取以旧换新策略时LTB的数量。?????

Study on the final order decision and warranty strategy of the last generation product when upgrading
Abstract:With the continuous innovation of technology, products, especially high-tech products, are constantly updated and consumers\' preferences change frequently. In order to attract consumers to buy the latest generation of products and relieve manufacturers\' pressure on the warranty of the old generation products, this paper proposes a new warranty strategy to consider trade-in strategy. From the perspective of consumer utility, this study deduces the mean quantity of LTB and the mean function of total cost to meet the warranty requirements of the discontinued products under two warranty strategies by taking the residual value of the old generation products and consumers\' willingness to trade in into account. Based on the deterministic results, the simulation method is adopted to obtain the optimal quantity of LTB and the corresponding total cost.The results show that the total cost of trade in warranty is lower than the traditional warranty strategy. The application of the trade-in strategy, the trade-in price of consumers and the quantity of the final order (LTB) when the trade-in strategy is adopted are further analyzed.
