摘要:近年来,随着工业化发展,发电厂产生的固体废弃物粉煤灰越来越多。目前粉煤灰的利用率很低,大量的粉煤灰填埋和堆弃不仅占据了大量的土地,还会导致环境问题。因此,粉煤灰的有效利用回收利用迫在眉睫。分子筛作为吸附剂在废水处理和催化方面得到了广泛的应用。如何将粉煤灰合成分子筛以解决粉煤灰大量堆弃问题的同时,带来经济效益是有必要进行研究的课题。本研究中通过使用工业废弃物粉煤灰高温碱熔法合成具有高结晶度的4A分子筛,并通过离子交换合成5A分子筛,符合当今绿色环保,以废治废的的主题。

Synthesis of 5A molecular sieve by high temperature alkali fusion of fly ash
Abstract:In recent years, with the development of industrialization, more and more solid waste fly ash is produced in power plants. At present, the utilization rate of fly ash is very low. A large number of fly ash landfills and dumps not only occupy a lot of land, but also lead to environmental problems. Therefore, the effective utilization and recycling of fly ash is imminent. As adsorbents, molecular sieves have been widely used in wastewater treatment and catalysis. It is necessary to study how to synthesize fly ash into molecular sieve to solve the problem of large amount of fly ash and bring economic benefits. In this study, 4A molecular sieve with high crystallinity was synthesized by high temperature alkali fusion method of industrial waste fly ash, and 5A molecular sieve was synthesized by ion exchange, which is in line with the theme of environmental protection and waste treatment.
