蓝莓花青素口服液的安全性评价

摘要:目的对蓝莓花青素口服液进行安全性评价。方法采用小鼠急性经口毒性试验、Ames实验、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验及大鼠30 d喂养试验评价蓝莓花青素口服液的急性毒性、遗传毒性及长期毒性。结果小鼠急性经口试验最大耐受量(MTD)均大于20 go(kgoBW)-1,毒性等级属无毒级;Ames试验结果为阴性,无致突变作用;与空白组比较,各剂量组骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率和精子畸形发生率无显著性差异(P>0.05);大鼠30 d喂养试验显示,与空白组比较,生化指标、血液指标及脏器指数无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论蓝莓花青素口服液在受试剂量范围内,无急性毒性、遗传毒性及长期毒性,安全无毒。

Safety Evaluation of Blueberry Anthocyanin Oral Liquid
Abstract:Objective to evaluate the safety of blueberry anthocyanin oral liquid. Methods acute toxicity, genetic toxicity and long-term toxicity of blueberry anthocyanin oral liquid were evaluated by acute oral toxicity test, Ames test, micronucleus test of bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes in mice, sperm deformity test in mice and 30 day feeding test in rats. Results the maximum tolerance dose (MTD) of acute oral test in mice was more than 20 g o (kg o BW) - 1, and the toxicity grade was non-toxic; Compared with the blank group, there was no significant difference in the micronucleus rate of bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes and the incidence of sperm malformation in each dose group (P > 0.05); the 30 day feeding test showed that there was no significant difference in biochemical indexes, blood indexes and organ indexes between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion blueberry anthocyanin oral liquid has no acute toxicity, genetic toxicity and long-term toxicity within the test dose range, and is safe and non-toxic.
