基于低影响开发的丘陵地区住区规划策略研究

摘要:城市化的进程带来了大量建设的城市居住区,造成土地资源紧缺、自然环境破坏等问题,所以丘陵地区住区开发则成为必然趋势。丘陵地区传统的住区规划模式常常采用"三通一平"、破坏原有基地生态肌理进行开发,导致了土壤岩层压实、透水系统破坏、生态植被覆灭、渗水能力丧失等诸多环境问题,同时也破坏了丘陵原有的地表自然径流和山水格局特征。本文基于低影响开发理念的基础上,结合丘陵地区独特的地形、水文、人文特征,从空间布局、道路系统、雨水系统、污水系统、竖向设计、海绵绿地和建筑设计等七个方面探讨丘陵地区住区规划策略体系。

Research on residential planning strategy in hilly areas based on low-impact development
Abstract:The process of urbanization has brought about a large number of construction of urban settlements, causing problems such as shortage of land resources and destruction of the natural environment. Therefore, the development of settlements in hilly areas has become an inevitable trend. The traditional settlement planning model in hilly areas often adopts "three connections and one leveling" and destroys the original ecological texture of the base for development. This has led to many environmental problems such as soil rock compaction, permeable system destruction, ecological vegetation destruction, and loss of water seepage capacity. The original natural surface runoff and landscape pattern characteristics of the hills were destroyed. This article is based on the concept of low-impact development, combined with the unique topography, hydrology, and human characteristics of hilly areas, and discusses hills from seven aspects: spatial layout, road system, rainwater system, sewage system, vertical design, sponge green space and architectural design.
