人机系统中用户建模研究

摘要:在人机系统中,人类越来越多扮演着理解认知并做出指挥控制的角色,但面对实时更新的海量数据,人的理解速度无法与信息的更新速度相匹配,从而容易造成一系列关键目标感知不及时等问题。用户建模在人机系统中起着重要作用,在基于对用户模型理解的基础上,机器可以进一步向用户提供关键信息,是解决信息过载问题的一种很有效的方法。本文梳理目前已有的用户建模方法,围绕用户建模的四个维度对之前的研究进行分析与总结,分别是:(1)数据收集;(2)用户模型的表示;(3)用户建模的学习和更新;(4)用户模型的评估。最后,本文针对该领域未来的挑战和机遇进行了探讨。

Research on user modeling in human-machine system
Abstract:In the human-machine system, more and more people play the role of understanding and making command and control. However, in the face of the massive data updated in real time, the speed of human understanding can not match the speed of information update, which easily leads to a series of problems such as delayed perception of key targets. User modeling plays an important role in human-machine system. Based on the understanding of user model, machine can provide key information to users, which is a very effective method to solve the problem of information overload. This paper reviews the existing user modeling methods, analyzes and summarizes the previous research around four dimensions of user modeling, which are: (1) data collection; (2) user model representation; (3) user modeling learning and updating; (4) user model evaluation. Finally, this paper discusses the future challenges and opportunities in this field.
