锂离子电池燃烧与灭火产物分析

摘要:随着锂离子电池的商业化发展,电池本身的安全问题越来越受到社会各界关注。通过对电池燃烧产物的分析,可以明确燃烧过程中有毒物质的生成机理,并指导事故发生后的应急与防护措施。本文对锂离子电池燃烧与灭火过程的产物进行了分析,结果表明:产物中的有毒物质主要为HF、CO、醛类等,灭火过程中CO浓度会显著增加,严重时将危及人员生命。

Analysis of combustion and fire extinguishing products of lithium ion battery
Abstract:With the commercialization of lithium-ion batteries, the safety of the battery itself has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life. Through the analysis of the combustion products of the battery, it is possible to clarify the generation mechanism of toxic substances during the combustion process, and to guide emergency and protective measures after an accident. This article analyzes the products of the combustion and fire extinguishing process of lithium-ion batteries. The results show that the toxic substances in the products are mainly HF, CO, aldehydes, etc. During the fire extinguishing process, the CO concentration will increase significantly, and it will endanger the lives of people in serious cases.
