基于演化博弈模型的电商扶贫主体策略互动机制研究

摘要:电商扶贫是有效推进精准扶贫的重要手段,也是促进农村经济发展的根本保障。为探究电商扶贫中政府部门与电商平台的策略互动机制,本文以演化博弈模型为主要理论工具,构建有限理性下的"政府部门-电商平台"动态博弈模型,通过雅克比矩阵求解和Matlab仿真模拟,分析双方策略趋于渐进稳定性的演化过程。研究表明:双方策略演化具有动态性和周期性的特点,当关键参数取值区间发生改变,系统将趋于四种演化稳定结果以及一种特定的周期模式;周期模式下,收敛方向很大程度上取决于系统初始状态,但可通过调节边际监管成本、激励强度、消费者偏好等参数来改变演化方向,使系统向较好的演化稳定结果收敛。研究结论为制定有效的电商扶贫发展策略提供理论依据。

Research on the Interactive Mechanism of E-commerce Poverty Alleviation Main Body Strategies Based on Evolutionary Game Model
Abstract:Abstract:E-commerce poverty alleviation is an important means to effectively promote targeted poverty alleviation, and it is also the fundamental guarantee for promoting rural economic development. In order to explore the strategic interaction mechanism between government departments and e-commerce platforms in e-commerce poverty alleviation, this paper uses the evolutionary game model as the main theoretical tool to construct a "government department-e-commerce platform" dynamic game model under bounded rationality. Through the Jacobi matrix solution and Matlab simulation, analyze the evolution process of the two strategies tending to be asymptotically stable. Research shows that the evolution of the strategies of both parties is dynamic and periodic.
