高校女教师工作家庭冲突与职业倦怠关系研究

摘要:本研究以大连海洋大学女教师为研究对象,探讨了工作家庭冲突以及职业倦怠之间的关系。研究结果表明,工作对家庭的干扰、家庭对工作的干扰,与职业倦怠的三个维度情绪衰竭、去个性化、低成就感都存在显著相关。66.7%的高校女教师认为"工作让我感到心力交瘁"。73.3%的高校女教师在下班时感到精疲力竭。相比于男教师,目前高校女教师面临较为严重的工作家庭冲突,当女教师在面临家庭干扰工作时,或者女教师的学校工作对家庭生活造成干扰时,会对职业倦怠产生影响。最后,本研究从社会、学校与个人三个层面提出解决高校女教师工作家庭冲突和职业倦怠感的策略。

Study on College Female Teachers\' Work-family Conflicts and Job Burnout
Abstract:Based on the current situation of college teachers\' work -family conflict and job burnout, this study takes college female teachers of Dalian Ocean University as the research objective and surveys them by using some questionnaires. The results show that work-family interference and family-work interference are significantly correlated with three dimensions of job burnout: emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and low sense of achievement. 66.7% of female university teachers thought that "work makes me feel exhausted". 73.3% of female college teachers feel exhausted after work. Compared with male teachers, female teachers in universities are facing more serious work-family conflicts. When female teachers face family interference in their work, or when female teachers\' school work interferes with family life, it will have an impact on job burnout. Finally, this study proposes strategies from the social, school and individual levels to solve the work-family conflict and job burnout of female teachers in universities.
