基于BMI的动态体测评分标准

摘要:我国对大学生的身体素质一直保持着高度重视,但从国家体育局发布的大学生体测评分标准来看,该标准没有考虑到不同学生个体的差异性,存在一定程度的不足。针对这一问题,本文建立了基于BMI的动态体测评分标准。以男生1000米测试为例,本文采集了1798例在校大三男生的体测信息,其中包括身高、体重、肺活量和1000米测试的成绩,然后分别研究身高、体重、肺活量、BMI与1000米测试成绩之间的关系,发现BMI对1000米成绩具有显著的相关性。根据不同的BMI等级,对不同体质层次的学生进行划分,每个体质层次的学生成绩标准在原有基础上进行动态调整,使评分标准更加科学合理。

Dynamic Volume Measurement scoring Standard based on BMI
Abstract: Our country has always attached great importance to the physical quality of college students, but from the National Sports Bureau issued the college students\' physical test score standard, the standard does not consider the differences of different students, so there is a certain degree of deficiency. In view of this problem, this paper establishes a dynamic body test score standard based on BMI. Taking boys\' 1000m test as an example, this paper collected the physical test information of 1798 junior boys, including height, weight, vital capacity and 1000m test results, and then studied the relationship between height, weight, vital capacity, BMI and 1000m test results, and found that BMI has a significant correlation with 1000m test results. According to different BMI levels, students of different physique levels are divided, and the student performance standards of each physique level are dynamically adjusted on the original basis to make the scoring standards more scientific and reasonable.
