基于SIFT算法的形态学轮廓提取算法研究

摘要:本文提出了一种基于形态学操作的轮廓提取算法,实现了工业机器人自动喷漆的需求。机器视觉技术已经广泛应用于许多领域,如缺陷检测、智能识别、尺寸测量和条形码阅读等。在此基础上,详细分析了图像处理算法的设计过程,通过图像预处理、图像提取与检测等步骤,实现对多种形状面板轮廓提取算法的应用。并且和应用SIFT特征提取算法设置对比实验,证明基于形态学操作的轮廓提取算法在识别准确率、识别时间上都有一定的优势,从而实现自动喷涂的目的。

Research on morphological contour extraction algorithm based on SIFT algorithm
Abstract:In this paper, a contour extraction algorithm based on morphological operation is proposed, which meets the requirements of automatic painting by industrial robots. Machine vision technology has been widely used in many fields, such as defect detection, intelligent recognition, size measurement and bar code reading. On this basis, the design process of image processing algorithm is analyzed in detail. Through image preprocessing, image extraction and detection, the application of contour extraction algorithm for panels with various shapes is realized. Compared with SIFT feature extraction algorithm, it is proved that the contour extraction algorithm based on morphological operation has certain advantages in recognition accuracy and recognition time, so as to achieve Research on morphological contour extraction algorithm based on SIFT algorithmthe purpose of automatic spraying.
