寝具乳胶泡沫压缩性能二维仿真研究

摘要:为研究寝具乳胶泡沫在二维平面下受到压缩时的力学行为,采用扫描电子显微镜实验法对寝具乳胶泡沫的微观结构进行分析,通过Photoshop与ImageJ软件计算寝具乳胶泡沫的孔隙率,再在有限元ABAQUS软件中,采用二维平面法创建带微小圆形孔的乳胶部件,且部件中的孔隙率为72%,设置仿真实验的各个步骤,得到其压缩时的二维仿真结果,将之与单轴压缩实验结果、三维仿真结果进行比较分析,可知二维仿真的拟合度在95%以上,高于Ogden 2阶参数仿真法和超弹性泡沫单轴压缩实验数据仿真法。因此,二维仿真对于乳胶泡沫压缩性能的模拟研究,是有效、可行的,二维仿真法为后续乳胶寝具开发提供便捷的方法,节省研究时间。

Two-dimensional simulation of compression properties of latex foam for bedding
Abstract:In order to study the mechanical behavior of latex foam under compression in two-dimensional plane, the microstructure of bedding latex foam was analyzed by scanning electron microscope. The porosity of latex foam in bedding was calculated by Photoshop and ImageJ software. In the finite element ABAQUS software, two-dimensional planar method was used to create latex parts with tiny circular holes and holes in the components, and the he gap ratio is 72%, setting up the simulation experiment steps, obtaining the two-dimensional simulation results of compression, comparing it with the uniaxial compression experimental results and three-dimensional simulation Two-dimensional simulation study on compression performance of latex foam for beddingresults, we can see that the fitting degree of two-dimensional simulation is more than 95%, which is higher than that of Ogden 2 order parameter simulation method and super elastic foam uniaxial compression test data simulation method. Therefore, two-dimensional simulation is effective and feasible for simulating the compression performance of latex foam. The two-dimensional simulation method provides a convenient method for subsequent latex bedding development and saves research time.
