磷酸钙材料性质及在骨修复应用的研究

摘要:随着人口老龄化发展,临床治疗对骨移植材料的需求与日俱增。受临床金标准--自体骨移植固有缺陷的影响,临界骨缺损始终没有一个理想的治疗方案。而自上世纪七十年代以来,通过科学家们的不懈努力,我们终于有希望在不远的将来获得一种可以媲美现存金标准的人工骨移植物。本综述通过对近五十年来磷酸源钙骨修复材料的研究取得的重大成果为引,介绍了磷酸钙材料作为人工骨移植物的相关性质,并以近年来国内外学者的相关研究为证,展现了磷酸钙材料在骨修复应用中的研究现状,最后简要对该材料现存缺陷进行了简要讨论。本文章旨在展示骨组织工程中CaP材料自上世纪七十年代以来取得的重大成果,列举近年来最新的研究热点,对该领域做一个较为全面的综述。

Properties of calcium phosphate materials and their applications in bone repair
Abstract:With the population aging, the demand of bone graft materials for clinical treatment is increasing. Affected by the inherent influences of autologous bone transplantation, which is the clinical gold standard, there is no ideal treatment for critical bone defects. Since the 1970s, through the unremitting efforts of scientists, we finally may obtain an artificial bone graft performing as well as the existing gold standard in the near future. Based on the great achievements in the research of calcium phosphate bone repair materials in the past 50 years, this review introduces the related properties ofProperties of calcium phosphate materials and their applications in bone repair calcium phosphate materials as promising candidates for the design of artificial bone grafts, and takes the relevant studies of scholars around the world in recent years as references. Therefore, the research status of the application of calcium phosphate in bone repair is presented. Finally, the existing defects of this material are briefly discussed. The aim of this manuscript is to show the significant achievements made since 1970s and point out the hit ideas of CaP materials research as well as give a comprehensive review of CaP materials in the research of bone repairing.
