考虑顾客止步行为的网购供应链协调研究

摘要:物流服务是影响顾客网购决策的重要组成部分,本文针对由一个网络零售商和一个第三方物流企业(TPL)组成的两级网购供应链,根据TPL提供的两种物流时效,分别建立高物流时效和一般物流时效的产品需求函数,综合考虑顾客止步行为和物流时效对网购供应链企业决策和收益的影响,并采用利益协调机制来实现网购供应链的协调。结果表明,网络零售商向高物流时效顾客收取的单位运费差价应为加急物流费用单价的一半;顾客止步行为不影响网络零售商和TPL的定价决策,但会对产品需求量和供应链各企业的利益产生负面影响,通过激励TPL提高物流时效可以减弱这种负面影响;利益协调机制可实现供应链利润的合理分配及帕累托改进。最后,通过算例验证了利益协调机制的有效性,并对相关参数的进行了灵敏度分析。

Coordination of Online Shopping Supply Chain based on Customer Balking
Abstract:Logistics service is an important part that will affect customers\' online shopping decision-making. For a two-stage online shopping supply chain composed of an online retailer and a third-party logistics enterprise (TPL), this paper has established the product demand functions in high logistics timeliness and general logistics timeliness respectively according to the two logistics timelines provided by TPL. Meanwhile, we comprehensively consider the influence of customer balking behavior and logistics timeliness selection on the decision-making as well as the profit of online shopping supply chain enterprises, and adopt the interest coordination mechanism to achieve the coordination of online shopping supplyCoordination of Online Shopping Supply Chain based on Customer Balking chain. The results indicate that the unit freight difference charged by the online retailer to customers with high logistics timeliness should be half of the unit price of expedited logistics cost. In fact, customer balking behavior does not affect the pricing decisions of the online retailer and TPL, but it may have a negative impact on product demand and the interests of supply chain enterprises, and this negative effect can be reduced by incentivizing TPL to improve logistics timeliness. Besides, the interest coordination mechanism can achieve a reasonable allocation of supply chain profits and Pareto improvement. Finally, the effectiveness of the interest coordination mechanism is proved by a numerical example, and this paper also tests the sensitivity analysis of relevant parameters.
