新型比率次氯酸荧光探针的合成及性能研究

摘要:次氯酸(HClO)生物体中由过氧化氢和氯离子在髓过氧化酶(MPO)催化下产生的活性氧。次氯酸在生物体抵抗病原体的免疫系统中起着非常重要的作用,但另一方面体内次氯酸过量会破坏功能性大分子,引起各种疾病,因此对次氯酸浓度进行实时检测具有非常重要的意义。目前,检测次氯酸浓度的方法有很多,其中基于荧光探针的荧光分析法具有操作简单、灵敏度高、选择性好的优点,因此引起了研究者们广泛的关注。本文以吩噻嗪为主体设计合成了HClO荧光比率探针。该探针能对HClO进行比率响应,该探针具备优异的选择性。并且在pH为7-7.5范围内响应非常明显,因此为在生理水平上检测HClO提供了可能。

Synthesis and Spectral Characterization of Novel Ratiometric Fluorescence probe of HClO
Abstract:Hypochlorous acid (HClO) is a reactive oxygen species produced by hydrogen peroxide and chloride ions under the catalysis of myeloperoxidase (MPO) in organisms. Hypochlorous acid plays an important role in the body\'s immune system against pathogens. On the other hand, excess hypochlorous acid in the body can destroy functional macro-molecules and cause various diseases. Consequently, real-time detection of the concentration of hypochloric acid is very important. Currently, there are numerous methods to detect the level of hypochlorous acid. Among them, the fluorescence analysis method based on fluorescent probe has the advantages of simple operation, high sensitivity, and good selectivity. Therefore, it has attracted extensive attention from researchers. In this paper, phenothiazine was used as the main body to design and synthesize HClO ratiometric fluorescence probe. The probe can respond ratiometrically to HClO, and the probe has excellent selectivity. And the response is very evident in the pH range of 7-7.5, so it is possible to detect HClO physiologically
