面向极端环境的综合性能测试仪测控系统设计

摘要:航天机构在地面进行模拟极端环境下的多种类、多物理量、多尺度测试是航天工程实施过程中的重要需求之一。本文在分析传统传动效率、力/力矩/刚度、振动性能、装配精度以及电性能测试平台的原理结构基础上,提出了一种基于分布式总线结构的综合性能测试仪测控系统设计方案。该方案可以满足不同功能的多台套测试平台并行测试需求,显著提高测试效率。系统采用通用化、模块化、分布式设计思路,可以实现良好的数据交互功能和系统可扩展功能。

Design of Measurement and Control System of Comprehensive Performance Tester for Extreme Environment
Abstract:It is one of the important requirements in the implementation of aerospace engineering that aerospace agencies conduct multi-type, multi-physical quantity, and multi-scale tests under simulated extreme environments on the ground. Based on the analysis of the traditional test platforms for transmission efficiency, force/torque/stiffness, vibration performance, assembly accuracy, and electrical performance, this paper proposes an integrated measurement-and-control structure for these test requirements. This solution can meet the parallel testing requirements of multiple quantitates, and thus, significantly improve the testing efficiency. The system adopts the generalized, modular, and distributed design principle, which has advantage in data interaction and system expansibility.
