24-bit Σ-Δ调制器的行为级建模与仿真

摘要:本文章使用MATLAB Simulink工具对Σ-Δ调制器进行了建模与仿真。提出了一种单环四阶单比特的带前馈的分布式反馈拓扑结构;通过线性模型推导传递函数并设置参数进行优化以获得高精度性能;对调制器内主要的非理想特性进行分析并建模,最终给出仿真结果。仿真结果显示,输入信号带宽为1kHz的条件下,以512的过采样率进行采样,调制器理想情况下信噪比达到178.9dB,对应有效位数为29.42 bits;考虑非理想因素时,信噪比达到了148.4dB,有效位数达到了24.37 bits,实现了低频下约24 bits的高精度,为实际电路的设计提供了一定指导。

Behavioral Modeling and Simulation of 24-bit Σ-Δ Modulator
Abstract:In this paper,the Σ-Δ modulator was modeled and simulated using MATLAB Simulink tool.A single-loop 4-order single-bit distributed feedback topology with feedforward is proposed;the transfer function is derived through a linear model and the parameters are set to optimize to obtain high-precision performance; the main non-ideal characteristics in the modulator are analyzed and finally give the simulation results. The simulation results show that under the condition of the input signal bandwidth of 1kHz and sampling at an oversampling rate of 512, the modulator\'s SNDR reaches 178.9dB under ideal conditions,corresponding to 29.42 bits;when considering non-ideal factors, the signal-to-noise ratio The SNDR has reached 148.4dB, the ENOB has reached 24.37 bits, and the high precision under low frequency is realized, which provides certain guidance for the design of the actual circuit.
