5G系统中的相位噪声补偿

摘要:正交频分复用(OFDM)波形具有良好的性能,因此在5G系统中得到了大量的应用。然而OFDM系统对相位噪声十分敏感,5G高频段下相位噪声的影响更加明显。相位噪声会引起系统性能的降低,主要表现在公共相位误差(CPE)和载波间干扰(ICI),5G新空口(NR)为此引入了相位追踪参考信号(PTRS)来进行相位补偿。本文基于PTRS的频域分布特点,首先提出了一种优化的相位补偿算法,将PTRS的频域密度引入相位补偿模块;然后将信道估计的颗粒度与PTRS的频域密度结合,提出改进的信道估计方法。仿真实验表明,本文提出的改进算法在不同条件下皆可以明显降低相位噪声的影响,提升系统性能。

Phase Noise Compensation for 5G Systems
Abstract:Orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) waveforms have been widely used in 5G systems because of their superiorperformance.However, OFDM systems are very sensitive to phase noise, and the influence of phase noise is more obvious in 5G high frequency band.Phase noise can degrade system performance, mainly affecting common phase error (CPE) and inter-carrier interference (ICI). For this reason, phase tracking reference signal (PTRS) is introduced into 5G NR for phase compensation.In this paper, based on the characteristics of PTRS frequency distribution, an optimized phase compensation algorithm is proposed, and the frequency domain density of PTRS is introduced into the phase compensation module.Then an improved channel estimation method is proposed by combining the granularity of channel estimation with the frequency domain density of PTRS.The simulation results show that the improved algorithm can obviously reduce the effect of phase noise and improve the system performance under different conditions.
