氯代芳烃的硼化反应最新进展

摘要:芳基硼化合物是有机合成中一类非常有价值的中间体,其合成方法一直是有机化学领域的研究热点。过去的几十年里,以卤代芳烃为底物进行硼化反应已经成为获取芳基硼化合物的重要途径,但该方法通常以溴代芳烃和碘代芳烃为底物。近几年随着新的催化体系和活化方式的发展,以更加廉价的氯代芳烃为底物的硼化反应取得了很大进展。本文从根据反应类型的不同,从过渡金属催化和光催化两个方面对氯代芳烃硼化反应的最新进展进行了介绍。

Recent advances on borylation of aryl chlorides
Abstract:Aryl boron compounds are very essential intermediates in organic synthesis, therefore, their synthesis methods have always been a focus of research in synthetic chemistry. Over the past decades, borylation of aryl halides has been an important approach to obtain aryl boron compounds, but aryl bromides and iodides are usually utilized as starting materials.With the application of new catalytic systems and active methods, great progress has been made for borylation of cheap aryl chlorides in recent years. In this paper, we introduced the recent advanceson borylation of aryl chlorides from transition metal catalysis and photocatalysis according to the different types of reactions.
