双柔性作业车间混合节能调度策略研究

摘要:针对生产效率与能源利用效率,考虑两组生产辅助操作以及双柔性加工机器的能耗计算模型,建立了最大完工时间与机器能源消耗的协同优化模型。然后,结合问题特性设计了能够适用于多种演化算法的编码结构与操作算子,同时引入启发式操作算子与混合节能策略,在保持最大完工时间的前提下,尽可能地减少机器能源消耗。最后,利用NSGA-II、e-MOEA与MOEA/D三种算法求解该问题,验证了混合节能策略的有效性。

hybrid energy-efficient measures for dual-flexible job-shop scheduling problem
Abstract:In this paper, a novel energy consumption calculation model is proposed for dual-flexible machine by combining multi-task and multi-speed capabilities; and a dual-objective optimization model including maximum completion time and total energy consumption is established, which considers the operations of job and machine settings. Then, encoding structure and genetic operators are well designed for evolutionary algorithms; hybrid energy-efficient measures and heuristic optimization methods are introduced to minimize total energy consumption while keeping maximum completion time unchanged. Finally, the results obtained by three algorithms, NSGA-II, e-MOEA and MOEA/D, verify the effectiveness of hybrid energy-efficient measures.
