面向多层次大型装配体的外观着色关键技术研究

摘要:针对多层次大型装配体中零件外观颜色属性默认一致的情况下,给产品设计研发中的模型装配、模型修改和模型阅读时带来的不便。在充分分析装配体层级关系以及模型特征提取思路,在保持模型其他属性不变的情况下,首先遍历整个大装配体,再进一步访问每一个元件,从而完成整个装配体的遍历过程。遍历完成后通过将随机函数生成随机数转换成对应颜色RGB属性对每个遍历到的零件进行随机外观着色,实现装配体中不同零件不同的外观着色目的;最后针对相关企业生产产品的模型,以Creo2.0为二次开发平台,结合MFC对话框技术开发出一套装配体外观着色系统,测试结果表明,利用该系统得到的外观着色后模型辨识度得到了很大提高,便于进行模型修改、阅读等,提高了工作效率。

Coloring Method Based On Feature Traversal Of Large Assemblies
Abstract:In view of the inconvenience caused by model assembly, model modification, and model reading in product design and development, when the appearance color attributes of parts in a large-scale multi-level assembly are the same by default. After fully analyzing the hierarchical relationship of the assembly and the idea of model feature extraction, while keeping the other attributes of the model unchanged, first traverse the entire large assembly, and then further visit each component, so as to complete the traversal process of the entire assembly.
