番茄成熟度的光电无损检测技术研究

摘要:成熟度是衡量水果品质的重要指标,有效检测其成熟度有利于在采摘,包装,保鲜,运输以及加工等环节降低不必要的损失。光电检测技术可以利用光谱采集系统,以散射光光谱信息为参量对其成熟度进行评价。基于不同成熟程度的番茄在可见光波段以及近红外波段的吸收谱线以及散射谱线的较大差异,论文针对不同成熟程度的番茄,开展了光谱散射信号研究,发现在670nm、850nm和940nm附近有较强的吸收峰,在此基础上,选择665nm~675nm,845nm~855nm和935nm~945nm三个波段,研究了不同成熟度番茄的酸碱度和糖度与光谱差分结果的关系,结果表明,差分结果的相对强度与番茄的酸度和糖度基本成正比。论文的研究结果,可为番茄质量筛选设备的研发提供技术支撑。

Study on photoelectric nondestructive testing technology for tomato ripeness
Abstract:Maturity is an important index to measure the quality of fruit. Effective detection of its maturity is beneficial to reduce unnecessary losses in picking, packaging, preservation, transportation and processing. The maturity of photoelectric detection technology can be evaluated by spectral acquisition system, which takes the spectral information of scattered light as parameter. Based on the great differences in the absorption and scattering spectra of tomatoes with different ripness in visible and near-infrared bands, this paper studied the spectral scattering signals of tomatoes with different ripness, and found that there were strong absorption peaks near 670nm, 850nm and 940nm. On this basis, 665nm~675nm were selected. The results showed that the relative strength of the difference results was directly proportional to the acidity and sugar of tomato.
