基于高频FMCW雷达的人员检测与统计系统

摘要:随着物联网技术的飞速发展,很多智能化场景诸如个性化供暖和制冷、自然光调节、能源分配、健康和安全等都有巨大的应用潜力。"人"作为此类智能化场景的最终消费者,那么对于"人"的感知及检测,以及更进一步的实时数量统计就显得尤为重要。本课题主要针对家居环境出入口区域的人员进出场景,使用60GHz毫米波雷达,基于群组追踪算法并结合新提出的区域人员统计算法,设计并实现了一个人员检测与统计系统。该系统所有算法的计算过程均位于雷达芯片内部,不需要额外的远端(PC端,服务器端)算力支持。最终的实验结果显示,人员在依次进入时,该系统的检测与统计综合准确率为97%;人员在并列进入时(较为极端的情况),该系统的检测与统计综合准确率为91%。

Personnel Detection and Statistics System Based on High Frequency FMCW Radar
Abstract:With the rapid development of the Internet of Things technology, many intelligent scenarios such as personalized heating and cooling, natural light adjustment, energy distribution, health and safety, etc. have huge application potential.As the final consumer of this kind of intelligent scene, the perception and detection of "people" and further real-time quantity statistics are particularly important.This topic is mainly aimed at people entering and exiting the entrance and exit areas of the home environment, using 60GHz millimeter wave radar, based on the group tracking algorithm combined with the newly proposed regional personnel statistics algorithm, a design and implementation Personnel detection and statistics system.The calculation process of all algorithms in the system is located in the radar chip, and does not need additional remote (PC, Server) computing power support.The final experimental results show that when personnel enter in turn, the comprehensive accuracy of detection and statistics of the system is 97%; When personnel enter in parallel (in extreme cases), the comprehensive accuracy of detection and statistics of the system is 91%.
