基于插值法的正余弦编码器细分输出方法研究

摘要:为了满足电机高精度伺服控制的需求,针对正余弦编码器信号细分为正交方波输出时频率受限的问题,本文提出了一种基于CORDIC算法原理解调后插值的电子学细分输出方法,给出了该方法的原理分析及FPGA实现方案。该方法在提高编码器分辨率、细分倍数可调的基础上,提高了输出方波脉冲的上限频率。通过理论推导及仿真,最终验证了所提方法在提高输出方波上限频率方面的可行性。

Research on subdivision output method of Sin/Cos encoder based on interpolation method
Abstract:In order to meet the demand of high-precision servo control of motor, aiming at the problem of limited frequency when the Sin/Cos encoder signal is subdivided into orthogonal square wave output, This paper presents an electronic subdivision output method based on CORDIC algorithm and interpolation after demodulation. The principle analysis and FPGA implementation scheme of this method are given. On the basis of improving the encoder resolution and adjustable subdivision times, this method improves the upper limit frequency of the output square wave pulse. Through theoretical derivation and simulation, the feasibility of the proposed method in improving the upper limit frequency of output square wave is finally verified.
