响应性荧光纳米粒子的制备及表征

摘要:本文以纤维素纳米晶须(cellulose nanocrystals,CNC)为基质,通过引入荧光探针及聚乙二醇(polyethylene glycol,PEG),制备了分散性良好的响应性荧光纳米粒子。通过红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱表征结构,通过透射电镜和动态光散射测定纳米粒子的尺寸。研究表明,纳米粒子在溶液中分散性良好,其粒径约为300 nm,且具有明显的还原响应性,累积释放率可达79.74 %。此外,体外细胞实验表明,该粒子对少突胶质前体细胞无细胞毒性,并具有良好的细胞成像性能。

Preparation and characterization of responsive fluorescent cellulose nanoparticles
Abstract:In this paper, cellulose nanocrystals (CNC) as the matrix, by introducing fluorescent probe and polyethylene glycol (PEG), the good dispersion of responsive fluorescent nanoparticles were prepared. The structure was characterized by IR and 1H NMR, and the size of the nanoparticles was determined by transmission electron microscopy and dynamic light scattering. The results show that the particle size of the nanoparticles is about 300 nm, and the reduction response is obvious, and the cumulative release rate can reach 79.74 %. In addition, cell experiments in vitro showed that the particle had no cytotoxicity to oligodendrocyte progenitor cells and had good cell imaging performance.
