高管隐性激励对企业双元创新能力的影响研究

摘要:学术界关于高管激励对企业创新能力的研究由来已久,但是缺乏对高管隐性激励与企业双元创新能力之间关系的探索。本文以我国A股市场中高新技术企业为样本,基于不同高管隐性激励方式的实证比较,对高管隐性激励与企业双元创新能力之间关系进行了研究,结果表明;(1)晋升激励对于企业双元创新能力产生了显著的正面影响,且股权激励促进了晋升激励对企业双元创新能力的影响。(2)控制权激励对于企业双元创新能力产生了显著的正面影响,股权激励抑制了控制权激励对探索式创新能力的影响,而在控制权激励对利用式创新能力的关系中调节作用不显著。

Research on the influence of executives\' implicit incentives on enterprise\'s ambidextrous innovation ability
Abstract:have long researched on executive incentives on firms\' innovation ability, but there is a lack of exploration on the relationship between executive implicit incentives and firms\' dual innovation ability. In this paper, based on the empirical comparison of different executive implicit incentive methods, the relationship between executive implicit incentive and corporate dual innovation capability is studied based on the sample of high-tech enterprises in China\'s A-share market. The results show that; (1) promotion incentive has a significant positive impact on corporate dual innovation capability, and equity incentive promotes the impact of promotion incentive on corporate dual innovation capability. (2) Control incentives had a significant positive effect on the dual innovation capability of the firm, and equity incentives inhibited the effect of control incentives on exploratory innovation capability, while the moderating effect was not significant in the relationship between control incentives and exploitative innovation capability.
