钢渣基膨胀剂对半柔性路面抗裂性能影响

摘要:针对半柔性路面水泥基灌浆材料收缩开裂问题,采用钢渣粉、二水石膏和硫铝酸盐水泥按1:(0.8~1.3):(0.5~0.8)比例混合得到一种钢渣基膨胀剂。探究了钢渣基膨胀剂在半柔性路面中的适用性,确定了钢渣粉最佳细度为0.8%,膨胀剂最佳掺量为15%~20%;在灌浆材料体系中分别掺入UEA膨胀剂和钢渣基膨胀剂,对灌浆材料工作性能进行了优化调控对比试验,并进行了半柔性路面抗裂性能测试。结果表明,钢渣基膨胀剂在水泥基灌浆材料中膨胀效果平稳持久,其水化后期的补偿收缩性能要优于UEA,并且可以有效提升水泥基灌浆材料的施工适用性能;灌入掺钢渣基膨胀剂的灌浆材料的半柔性路面低温抗裂性能更好,可以更好地起到抗裂效果。

Influence of steel slag based expansive agent on crack resistance of semi flexible pavement
Abstract:In view of the shrinkage cracking problem of cement based grouting materials for semi flexible pavement, a steel slag based expansion agent is prepared by mixing steel slag powder, dihydrate gypsum and sulphoaluminate cement in the ratio of 1: (0.8~1.3): (0.5~0.8). The applicability of steel slag based expansive agent in semi flexible pavement is investigated. The optimum fineness of steel slag powder is 0.8%, and the optimum content of expansive agent is 15%~20%; UEA expansive agent and steel slag based expansive agent were added into the grouting material system respectively, and the working performance of the grouting material was optimized and adjusted. The cracking resistance of semi flexible pavement was tested. The results show that the expansion effect of steel slag based expansion agent in cement-based grouting materials is stable and lasting, its compensation shrinkage performance in the later hydration period is better than UEA, and it can effectively improve the construction applicability of cement-based grouting materials; The semi flexible pavement filled with grouting materials mixed with steel slag based expansion agent has better crack resistance at low temperature, and can play a better role in crack resistance.
