面向行业大数据分析的云原生管理方法

摘要:随着互联网技术的发展,数字化转型成为各行各业未来发展的必由之路,然而数据治理周期长、涉及的工作板块多、打标程序之间环境易冲突等问题阻碍了数字资产的快速生成,不利于数据价值的落地实现。在对行业大数据分析业务和各场景下通用数据处理分析流程技术研究后,提出了一种面向行业大数据分析的云原生管理方法,通过对数据处理流程上涉及的每个工作环节容器化上云,实现了数据云上流水线处理,推进了数据处理的流程,使焦点可以从数据处理转移到数据使用上;通过对模型和打标程序的自动化生成部署,使不同打标程序之间的环境隔离,降低了部署运维的难度;最后通过对ClickHouse服务节点划分,引入共享存储,实现了ClickHouse弹性部署,在分担并发压力的同时又能够保证服务响应时间。最终通过设计对比实验,验证了提出方法的有效性。

A Cloud-Native Management Approach for Industry-Oriented Big Data Analytics
Abstract:With the development of Internet technology, digital transformation has become a necessary path for the future development of various industries, however, problems such as long data governance cycle, many work boards involved, and easy conflict of environment between marking procedures hinder the rapid generation of digital assets and are not conducive to the realization of data value on the ground. After researching the industry big data analysis business and the common data processing and analysis process technology in each scenario, a cloud-native management method for industry big data analysis is proposed, which enables pipeline processing on the data cloud by containerizing each work segment involved on the data processing process to the cloud, advancing the process of data processing so that the focus can be shifted from data processing to data usage; through the model and The automated generation and deployment of the marking program isolates the environment between different marking programs and reduces the difficulty of deployment and operation and maintenance; finally, by dividing the ClickHouse service nodes and introducing shared storage, ClickHouse elastic deployment is achieved, which can guarantee the service response time while sharing the concurrency pressure. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by designing comparative experiments.
