摘要:【目的】使用孟德尔随机化法,将单核苷酸多态性(SNP)作为工具变量(IV)来探究肩周炎的致病因素。【方法】从IEU OpenGWAS project网站,GWAS Catalog,FinnGen R8数据集中获得研究所需要的BMI、每日抽烟、失眠、久坐行为、受教育程度的暴露变量与肩周炎的结局变量。采用 MR-Egger 回归、加权中值法、逆方差加权法、加权模型 4 种统计方法分析暴露跟结局的因果关系。【结果】通过逆方差加权法、MR-Egger 回归、加权中值法、加权模型来评估因果关系的强度。本研究为BMI、每日抽烟、失眠、久坐行为、受教育程度与肩周炎存在因果关系提供证据。针对孟德尔随机化分析得出的结论,以久坐行为,BMI 为重点,设计了相对应的体感康复训练方案。与传统的康复训练相比,本文的康复训练系统是基于Kinect 和 Unity3D而设计的,在一定程度上打破了传统康复训练依赖理疗师,训练场地等局限性。系统特色包括:系统具有很好的即时性与互动性;训练难度可随玩家实际体验进行调整。

Pathogenic factors analysis of periarthritis of shoulder and design of somatosensory rehabilitation system
Abstract:[Objective] Using the Mendelian randomization method, single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) was used as the instrumental variable (IV) to explore the pathogenic factors of shoulder periarthritis.[Methods] Obtain the required BMI, Cigarettes Per Day, insomnia, Sedentary behavior, education level exposure variables, and outcome variables for shoulder periarthritis from the IEU OpenGWAS project website, GWAS Catalog, FinnGen R8 dataset. Four statistical methods, namely MR-Egger regression, weighted median method, inverse variance weighting method and weighted model, were used to analyze the causal relationship between exposure and outcome.[Results] The strength of causal relationships was evaluated through inverse variance weighting, MR Egger regression, weighted median method, and weighted model. This study provides evidence for a causal relationship between BMI, Cigarettes Per Day, insomnia, Sedentary behavior, education level and shoulder periodontitis. Based on the conclusions drawn from Mendelian randomization analysis, a corresponding somatosensory rehabilitation training program was designed with a focus on Sedentary behavior and BMI. Compared with traditional rehabilitation training, the rehabilitation training system in this article is designed based on Kinect and Unity3D, which to some extent breaks the limitations of traditional rehabilitation training relying on physical therapists and training venues. The system features include: the system has good immediacy and interactivity; The training difficulty can be adjusted according to the player\'s actual experience.
