基于优化预测模型的安全生产方案研究与分析

摘要:确定安全生产检修方案及最小成本安全生产方案在安全生产过程中,对减少资源浪费,提高生产效率,起着至关重要的作用。为解决应最佳机器检修方案及最小成本生产方案等问题,采用DP-最优生产规划模型,利用动态规划自适应算法进行最优生产成本计算,并用线性规划算法进行模型约束确定安全生产的最优方案。通过插值聚类最小优化成本模型,对问题约束条件进行分析,建立了插值法与贪心算法相结合的自适应免疫最小成本优化模型配合时间序列算法,最后计算出最小生产成本方案及最佳检修方案。为安全生产条件下最佳检修与最小成本生产提供了理论支持。

Research and analysis of safety production scheme based on optimal prediction model
Abstract:In the process of safe production, it plays a vital role in reducing the waste of resources and improving the production efficiency. In order to solve the problem of optimal machine maintenance scheme and minimum cost production scheme, the DP-optimal production planning model is adopted, the dynamic programming adaptive algorithm is used to calculate the optimal production cost, and the linear programming algorithm is used to determine the optimal scheme of safe production. Based on the interpolation clustering minimum optimization cost model, the constraints of the problem were analyzed, and the adaptive immune minimum cost optimization model combining interpolation method and greedy algorithm with time series algorithm was established. Finally, the minimum production cost scheme and the best maintenance scheme were calculated. It provides theoretical support for optimal maintenance and minimum cost production under safe production conditions.
