基于大鼠颅脑AP-LM碰撞综合损伤程度关系的研究

摘要:目的:探讨前后向(anterior posterior,AP)碰撞与侧向(lateral-medial,LM)碰撞中综合损伤程度的关系。方法:雄性SD大鼠78只,随机分为对照组0m、实验组3组AP和3组LM。适应性训练后,采用经典Marmarou模型构建颅脑AP碰撞与LM碰撞轻型(0.75m)、中型(1.25m)、重型(1.75m)损伤模型。实验组分别于损伤前与24H后获取走杆实验数据、抓力实验数据、胼胝体与脑干锥体束出血数据。结合因子分析获得4类数据的权重以量化损伤程度。结果:随着AP组和LM组碰撞等级的增加,与走杆时间、抓力数据和与胼胝体和脑干锥体束的数据均呈正相关。根据大鼠损伤模型等级进行数学拟合,得到损伤等级与AP和LM-综合损伤程度值的关系。其中,随着损伤等级加重,综合损伤程度值差值越大;且相同碰撞等级时,LM组损伤程度更为严重。结论:AP与LM综合损伤程度值之间存在数学关系。可为量化颅脑损伤程度提供方法和数据支持和评价头部损伤准则提供基础。

Research on the AP and LM collision based on the rats head integrated injury degree
Abstract:Objective: To explore the relationship between the degree of integrated damage in anterior posterior (anterior posterior, AP) and lateral-medial (lateral-medial, LM) collisions. Methods: 78 male SD rats were randomly divided into control group 0m, experimental group AP 3 groups and LM 3 groups. After adaptive training, the classical Marmarou model was used to construct the mild (0.75m), medium (1.25m), and heavy (1.75m) injury models. The experimental group obtained walking pole experimental data, grasp strength experimental data, and corpus callosum and brainstem cone beam bleeding data before injury and after 24H. Among them, as the injury grade increases, the difference of the degree of integrated damage value is larger, and the LM group is more severe. Conclusion: There is a mathematical relationship between AP and the degree of integrated damage value of LM .
