With the development of the 3G network and Electronic Commerce, more and more people prefer to shop online, especially via the Cell phone equipped with camera. In order to meet the requirements of the consumers to easily retrieve similar commodity images, we propose a Mobile Image-to-Search system. In this system a content-based retrieval algorithm combining color and shape features for electronic commerce has been investigated, which uses the Normalized Fourier Descriptor and a fuzzy-linking method of color histogram based on the HSV color space. In order to reduce the interference of background, we also use the method of improved canny descriptor before extracting the shape features and the approach of ROI (region of interest) weighted in the color histogram. The system has been tested on Corel data set and our own commodity library, a large number of images selected from Taobao, one of the largest Electronic Commerce web in China. The experimental results indicate that our method has a better retrieval performance.

Key frame extraction is one of the basic procedures in video retrieval. Key frame extraction aims at finding a small collection of image frame sequences extracted from a video sequence in order to reduce the amount of data that must be examined. Efficient key frame extraction techniques will facilitate the video browsing systems, which have wide applications in real world. In this paper, we proposed an innovative approach to the selection of key frames of a video sequence. First, two descriptors of color and edge features are used to describe visual content, and are integrated as a muti-feature descriptor, then we analyze the differences between two consecutive frames of a video sequence. Finally, key frames are extracted by the dynamic threshold algorithm. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can dynamically and rapidly select a variable number of key frames within each sequence and can achieve high compression ratio and high fidelity.

手机二维条形码已经逐渐走进人们的生活,如今在许多公共场合随处可以看到印有手机二维条形码的广告。作为一种可能会成为3G时代杀手锏应用的支撑技术,本文以所参与的实际项目为基础,从整体上介绍了手机二维条形码系统的构成及软件架构,模块功能,分析讨论了手机二维码编解码软件实现过程中会遇到的诸多方面的问题,最后对其应用模式进行了分类说明。

本文的主要内容是面向手机的二维条码识别处理技术。正因为手机处理能力有限,一些效果不错但是处理时间开销大运算复杂的经典处理方法,如Hough变换等在此并不适用。如何能够使用时间开销小、复杂度较低的方法识别快速响应码成为本文探讨的焦点。本文详细介绍了在手机平台上实现二维条码图像处理的步骤和方法,包括灰度化,二值化,图像裁剪,二值化,投影,图像旋转,中值滤波。其中,通过投影方法实现图像的扶正旋转方法,由于仅选取二维条码的四个顶点进行投影运算,大大降低了其处理的时间开销。实验结果表明该套处理方法具有很好的抗噪性,并且满足了在手机平台处理能力也有限的条件下对处理时间的要求,具有很高的实用性。

NETCONF is a new protocol for network management provided by the IETF NETCONF working group, which uses an Extensible Markup Language (XML) based data encoding for the configuration data and the protocol messages. The subtree filtering is a filtering mechanism recommended by NETCONF. This paper presents a translation method to convert subtree filtering to XML Path (XPath). With this method, we realize the authorization for subtree filter using XPath based access control mechanism.

This paper describes a new method for shadow detection of moving objects in video surveillance applications, improving the detection performance and fascinating the following image processing steps, such as object tracking, classification and behavior analysis. This method is based on the priori that shadow region and background region share the similar textural and chromatic characteristics. This method combines the virtues of color and texture features, to select the best criterion to discriminate shadow pixels from object pixels. Experiment shows that this method can achieve desirable performance under indoor and outdoor environment.

基于局部特征的商标图像检索是基于内容的图像检索领域的一个热点,它以其较强的鲁棒性和若干不变性在图像检索领域发挥着越来越重要的作用。本文主要对SIFT(Scale-invariant feature transform)算法和基于hessian矩阵的SIFT改进算法SURF算子(Speeded Up Robust Features)在商标检索中的应用进行了分析比较。论文首先指出了基于局部特征的图像检索的方法,然后分别详细介绍了利用SIFT特征进行商标检索的方法和利用SURF算子进行商标检索的方法,并设计了多组实验来对SIFT和SURF算法分别在性能和效率方面进行了综合性地分析比较,最后给出了两种算法的性能总结。

链路预测是根据网络中已有的边信息,用以预测有可能发生链接的那些节点。微博是一种新型的社交网络,逐渐成为虚拟世界中连接人与人之间的纽带,正在飞速的发展。微博中人与人之间关系的推荐和预测,可以更好的扩大人际交往的圈子,使微博的交际作用更加显著。传统的链路预测方法普适的针对各种网络,没有充分考虑人们之间的交互性。本文将社会网络中的指数随机图模型(ERGM)用在微博的链路预测中,以微群作为代表性分析研究对象,将用户的基本信息以及网络的拓扑信息综合考虑,构建针对社会网络的预测模型。通过微群中的基本数据构建训练模型,仿真生成预测网络,利用仿真网络对微博进行链路预测。

In this paper, authors represent location method for vehicle license plate by using a boosted cascade of Haar-like features and it’s capable of locating the license plate extremely rapid while achieving high detection rate. After coarse location by the cascade classifier, the candidates can be checked by binary image projection method according the prior knowledge. This method is of faster speed and higher accuracy than most of the existing methods used in license plate location. Experimental results demonstrate the method is applicable and robust in the real-time location system.

本文主要介绍、研究了新一代网络管理协议——NETCONF(The Network Configuration Protocol)。NETCONF协议主要使用XML语言定义配置信息模型和协议操作消息,在NETCONF协议中还定义了一种高效获取XML信息的过滤查询机制——Subtree Filtering。我们通过研究分析Subtree Filtering机制,设计并实现了一种基于SAX的Subtree Filtering过滤器用来对XML数据进行查询和过滤操作。最后通过一系列的实验测试了Subtree Filtering过滤器的功能和性能情况,证明了该方法的有效性。
