The present study was to identified the expression of Ghrelin and GHS-R in mouse thymic medullary-type epithelial cells (MTEC1).. Whether the gene of Ghrelin and GHS-R are expressing in MTEC1 cells or not was measured by using quantitative real time RT-PCR (Q-PCR). Results identified that the mRNA of Ghrelin and GHS-R can be detected in MTEC1 cells. The protein levels of GHS-R and ghrelin precursor were detected by the method of western blot analysis. Moreover, the location of GHS-R in MTEC1 cells were detected by immunofluorescence and the quantity of ghrelin in the supernatant of MTEC1 cells were measured by ELISA. The results of western blot analysis make sure that GHS-R and precursor of ghrelin are expressing in MTEC1 cells. GHS-R is a kind of transmembranes protein. as the results of immunofluorescence shown The quantity of ghrelin in the supernatant of MTEC1 cells measured by ELISA was 39.20 pg/ml.

In this paper, the Yb3+/Ho3+ co-doped air-cladding fibers with 0.08 Ho2O3 -0.15 Yb2O3-1.5Al2O3-98.27 SiO2 (mol%) and low OH are fabricated with the stack-capillary-draw technique. The influence of drawn temperature and drawn speed on the fiber structure are studied. The influence of the fiber length on the optical properties is experimentally demonstrated. Experimental results show that the Yb3+/Ho3+ co-doped air-cladding fibers can be used as the potential material for the fiber laser at the visible and infrared spectral regions.

In this paper, a series of Tm3+ doped silica glasses for photonic crystal fibers with large core are prepared by the plasma non-chemical vapor deposition method combing with the dry RE-doped granulates for the first time to our knowledge. Optical properties of Tm3+-doped silica glass with different doping concentration are studied. The experimental results suggest that Tm3+ doped silica glasses prepared by the plasma non-chemical vapor deposition method are suited for the fabrication of photonic crystal fibers with large core.

In this paper, thin-film transistor (TFT) with indium zinc oxide (IZO) channel layer was fabricated using a two-step-annealing method. The device showed better uniformity and better stability under positive bias stress, negative bias illumination stress, and temperature stress, compared to those with only one annealing step. The falling rate of this device was as high as 0.593 eV/V, showing that trap states in the channel were greatly reduced by the two-step-annealing process.

Indium tin Oxide (ITO) thin film is hard to be etched in wet etchants because of the crystalline state. To obtain easily-etched transparent conductor oxide (TCO), a layer of ultra-thin indium-zinc oxide (IZO) was inserted between ITO films. It was found that the as-deposition TCO film with IZO insertion layers was amorphous and easily-etched by oxalic. Furthermore, the surface roughness of this multilayer TCO film was only 0.52 nm, much lower than that of the ITO monolayer film with the same thickness. After annealing at 250 degree in air, a low sheet resistance of ~10 Ω/□ and a reasonably transmittance of ~85% in visible range film were obtained.

Wireless Sensor network (WSN) has great advantage of monitoring agriculture environment, but there is difference propagation characteristic in various agriculture productions such as radio propagation path, landform, and climate. Recent researches are usually limited in specific environment, so the wireless channel model that give sufficient consideration to various propagation circumstance need to be studied to improve wireless signal transmission efficiency. In this paper, CC2530 and CC1110 were selected to measure the propagation characteristic of 2.4GHz and 433MHz frequency. The Two WSN nodes were deployed in the citrus orchard, and the Receiver Signal Strength Index (RSSI) results are recorded under the different measurement circumstance including LOS and NLOS propagation path, flat and slope, sunny day and rainy day. The new path loss combination model is proposed through traditional path loss model and rain attenuation model. Comparing the measured data, the coefficients of determination of new model are bigger than 0.9263. New wireless propagation models in citrus orchards could be used to guidance the deployment and transmission of plant information, improve the monitoring efficiency of orchard planting.

Latent functionally thermal fluid (LFTF) with encapsulated phase change materials (PCMs) is widely used in thermal control, the cooling of electronic equipments, fluidized beds, and other systems that require high heat transfer efficiency. A novel LFTF with nanoencapsulated phase change material (NEPCM) composed of polystyrene (PS) as shell and n-dotriacontane(Dot) as core was synthesized by ultrasonically initiated miniemulsion polymerization. The composition, morphology and the thermal properties of NEPCM were characterized by particle size analyzer, TEM, FT-IR,DSC and TG. The results showed that the prepared capsules were regularly spherical with average diameter of 163.4 nm and latent heat of 158.4kJ kg-1. The fluid performance showed that the synthesized latex was of high specific heat capacity, excellent freeze-thaw resistance, mechanical stability and low viscosity, thus it is very suitable for being used as latent functionally thermal fluid.

Nano-particles have small size, surface and interface, quantum size, macro-tunnel effect and other special characteristics.To obtain wheat gluten membranes with a good strength, nano-silver was added in the preparation of the membrane to toughen the structure of nano-composite membrane. Performance of the composite membrane was studied by adding a series of different amount of nano-silver. The results indicated that the intermingling of nano-silver had an influence on the performance of the composite membrane in varying degrees. The tensile strength and tensile stretch of the composite membrane had an upward trend with an increasing dosage of nano-silver. However, the moisture permeability, oxygen permeability and break-resistant value of the composite membrane decreased first and increased later. When the density of nano-silver was 0.8×10-6, performance of the composite membrane was the best. In addition, the result of infrared spectroscopy showed that there were some interactions between nano-silver particles and wheat protein molecules.

In this article, the backstripping technique was used in studying the subsidence characters of the Qiongdongnan (琼东南) basin (QDNB) in order to understand its dynamic mechanism of formation and evolution. Meanwhile, the geothermal characteristics of this area were summarized, and the stretching factors (β) of the upper crust, the whole crust, and the whole lithosphere were calculated. The QDNB is characterized by high subsidence rate, high geothermal gradient, high geothermal heat flow, and the lithosphere stretching and thinning of this area are depth dependent. An asthenosphere zone must have been confined under the lithosphere of Southeast Asian continent because of the mutual subductions of the Eurasian plate, the Pacific plate, the Indian-Australian plate, and the Philippine Sea plate. These characters indicate that strong mantle convection occurred and the lower crust materials flowed away in the domain, which lead to the rapid flexural isostasy subsidence of the upper crust and the uplift of the asthenosphere.
