目的 选择适合三黄片薄膜包衣的衣膜材料。方法 选择甲基纤维素(MC)、乙基纤维素(EC)、羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)、聚乙二醇-6000(PEG-6000) 和优特奇E-100,考察所选衣膜材料对三黄片外观、含水量、崩解时限、成分含量的影响以及包衣成本。结果 所选衣膜材料之间存在一定的差异。结论 所选衣膜材料中羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)较好。

流变助剂不仅能改善高固体含量涂料的流变性能,而且影响涂层的物理性能。此论文探究了羧甲基纤维素对涂布白板纸用高固体含量底涂涂料制备及涂层性能的影响。主要针对羧甲基纤维素的应用对涂料粘度及涂布纸的表面强度、油墨吸收性、光泽度以及白度的影响进行研究。实验结果表明,随着羧甲基纤维素用量的增加,涂层白度增加,光泽度下降,而对表面强度的影响相对较小,但均未表现出呈线性相关的趋势;羧甲基纤维素用量为0.6-0.8%(相对于颜料)时,涂料粘度适中,有利于后续涂布工艺。
