In this paper, A novel raised-cosine structure with relative low index dielectric regions surface plasmon polaritons(SPPs) waveguide is proposed. In the waveguide, the raised-cosine structure is introduced to the waveguide's dielectric regions innovatively. Then the field distribution, the normalized mode area, the propagation length and the figures of merit are calculated at the telecom wavelength of =1550nm. The relationship between the waveguide's performance and the shape of waveguide's relative low index dielectric regions(RLIDRs) is also discussed. It is found that the proposed waveguide had the longer propagation length than the conventional rectangle RLIDRs SPPs waveguide and it also has a strong capability of the field confinement. Moreover, with the change of the roll factor of the RLIDRs, the proposed waveguide's performance doesn't change greatly, when the between 0.02 and 0.2, its performance almost has no change. That means the machining error has a negligible impact on the waveguide's performance and it will have a greater potential in the application. All the simulations in this paper were performed by using rigorous numerical schemes based on finite-element method (FEM).

PbSe nanostructures have been synthesized successfully with different sizes and morphologies in five different systems, molten composite salt medium system, solid state medium system, pure hydrazine liquid system, hydroxide-aid hydrazine liquid system and composite salt plus hydroxide system. Particles with size of only 60nm on average were obtained in solid state medium. The growth mechanism of these PbSe nanostructures in each system and the important factors affecting the morphology and size were discussed. Results show that the size of PbSe nanostructures directly depends on the state of medium and the reacting environment plays a key part in guiding certain direction of the growth of crystals.

In this paper, a novel switchable filter which can alternate between low-pass filter (LPF) and band-pass filter (BPF) is proposed, based on the micro-electromechanical systems' (MEMS) capacitive-contact switch on coplanar waveguide (CPW) transmission line. The novel design is constructed using electromagnetic band-gap (EBG) structures and the combination between the MEMS switch and the coupled slot of CPW signal line. When the MEMS capacitive-contact switch stays with up-state, the EBG BPF is obtained with the resonant frequency of 15.9GHz and the bandpass frequency ranged from 2.5 to 28.3GHz. When the MEMS capacitive-contact switch is pulled down by DC bias voltage, an EBG LPF is yielded with 3dB cut-off frequency is 28.1GHz. The MEMS capacitive-contact switch is applied as the transformer between LPF and BPF using a cantilever beam.

The design and development of novel microelectromechanical systems' (MEMS) coplanar waveguide (CPW) transmission lines, using microshield and groove, are presented in the paper to operate between 5-60 GHz. The quasi-static capacitances of CPW are calculated using the conformal mapping technique to express the propagation properties, i.e., the characteristic impedance and effective permittivity. Simulation results have shown a considerable loss reduction to levels that compare favorably with the conventional CPW. These transmission lines can be widely used in the development of phase shifters, filters, and antennas, because of their advantages in loss reduction and improvement in the performance.

In this study, we established a system in which host plants, bacterial pathogens, and symbiont rhizobia are included to study the role of innate immunity during symbiotic interactions. A pathogenic bacterium, Pseudomonas syringae pv. Tomato strain DC3000 (Pst DC3000) was found to cause chlorosis on leaves of Medicago truncatula A17. It was found that Sinorhizobium meliloti Sm2011 strain (Sm2011) and Pst DC3000 strain induce similar defense responses in M. truncatula, and symbiotic bacterium S. meliloti Sm2011 specific suppressed the defense responses that induced by pathogen of Pst DC3000. Inoculation with S. meliloti Sm2011 suppresses the transcription of defense-related genes including receptor of bacterial flagellin (FLS2), pathogenesis-related protein 10 (PR10) and transcription factors WRKY33 triggered by Pst DC3000 infection. Interestingly, treatment with Pst DC3000 was shown to specially inhibit the expression of symbiosis marker genes nodule inception (NIN) and nodulation pectate lyase (NPL) and to reduce the infection threads and nodules numbers on M. truncatula A17 roots, indicated that Pst DC3000 inhibits the establishment of symbiosis in M. truncatula. In addition, defense-related genes, such as MAPK3/6, RbohC and WRKY33 exhibit a transient increase in their expressions in the early stage of symbiosis, but drop down to normal level during symbiotic nitrogen fixation with strain S. meliloti Sm2011. Our data suggest that plant innate immunity plays an antagonistic role with symbiosis by directly inhibiting the formation of infection thread and nodule numbers.

Recommender Systems aim to predict the rating or preference of a user given to an item and provide suggestions of further resources that are likely to be of interest. However, a lot of information about users need to be acquired for better recommendation result. Those information will leak users\' own privacy, which lead to lose the users\' trust of recommender systems. In recent years, more and more study focused on the various kinds of privacy protection techniques. Our paper proposes a novel method of the privacy preserving on recommender system for the first time. Employ Attribute-Based Encryption technique to protect users\' privacy. Based on the scheme, our paper builds up a recommender system that allows users\' information collection can be controlled by themselves, and those information will be encrypted before sending to the recommendation server so that user\'s privacy can be safeguarded from attacker\'s tracing even if the communication channel is not secure.. Besides, our paper adjusts ABE algorithms to make this technique suitable and efficient for recommender systems. Furthermore, our paper presents the security analysis for our scheme.

The microstructure evolution in terms of precipitation and damage model of AZ80 at different strain gratitude during elevated-temperature (614 K) plastic flow were investigated. Significant grain refinement was obtained with increasing in strain gratitude. The β-Mg17Al12 was observed and the density of discontinuous precipitates (DP) increased with increasing strain, while the amount of continuous precipitates (CP) decreased with increasing strain which implied the transformation between the two types of precipitates CPs and DPs with the change in the strain range of 35%~119%. Moreover, early crack initiation is promoted at the grain/phase interface between α-Mg and DPs and got a quick development when the strain level over 65%.

A series of novel 1'(N)-acetic acid esters of 20(S)-camptothecins (CPTs) have been synthesized and all of the esters were assayed for in vitro cytotoxicity against five human cancer cell lines A549, Bel7402, BGC-823, HCT-8 and A2780. The results showed that most of the assayed compounds exhibited good antiproliferative activity on these tumor cell lines. Here the synthesis and the in vitro antitumor evaluation of 20-O-linked substituted 1'(N)-acetic acid ester derivatives of CPTs are reported.

相比目前主流的图片格式JPEG来说,JPEG2000在压缩效率和码流可伸缩性方面都有明显的优势,被业界公认为下一代静态图像压缩标准,数字影院倡导组织(DCI,Digital Cinema Initiatives)已将其作为数字电影的图像格式。但是由于其编码过程,特别是EBCOT(Embedded Block Coding with Optimized Truncation)部分,算法复杂度较大,制约了它在实时性要求较高的系统中的应用。随着图形处理器(GPU)的发展,使用GPU辅助CPU进行大数据量运算已经成为可能。NVIDIA公司2006年正式发布计算统一设备架构(CUDA),采用SIMT的模式,使GPU用于通用计算更加容易和有效。在本文中,我们设计了一种新的基于CUDA的并行EBCOT位平面编码算法,测试结果显示,相比传统的CPU串行编码,有3-4倍的加速比。
