This paper designed and developed a new kind of diesel particulate after-treatment system (EDPF) which using stainless steel net filter combined with corona charging unit as the particulate trapping part and using reverse cleaning unit combined with centrifugal collector as the regeneration part. The result on the 6110 Diesel bench scale test shows that stainless steel net becomes more valuable than other filter medium because of applying corona charging, and the EDPF system is successful.
