Identification of a RAPD Marker Tightly Linked to a Self- Incompatibility Gene in Non-Heading Chinese Cabbage
,-0001,():
Bulk segregant analysis (BSA) and random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) were employed to identify molecular markers linked to a self-incompatibility gene in self-incompatible and self-compatible near-isogenic lines of non-heading Chinese cabbage (B. campestris L. ssp. chinensis Makino var. communis Tsen et Lee). Primer S1107 produced a 900 base pair (bp) reproducible fragment only in the self-incompatible line. Using the F2 mapping population from a cross of SC104-1
