Convection and heat transfer of elliptical tubes

Convection heat transfer (including natural and forced convection) ofelliptical tubes had been studied systematically. The experienced formula of heattransfer had been given. It presents fin efficiency of rectangular finned elliptical tubeand optimized fin geometry (i.e. length/width ratio) and fin spacing for rectangularfin.
